- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- maple syrup
- pecan halves
Directions

1Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

2Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

3Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

4Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5Blend in vanilla; stir in chopped pecans.

6Pour over crust.

7Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°.

8Continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

9Brush with syrup; top with pecan halves.
