  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 pt. ice cream (vanilla), softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. caramel ice cream topping
  • nuts

Directions

    Melt butter in 3-quart pan.

    Remove from heat.

    Add ice cream, then eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and graham cracker crumbs.

    Mix until smooth.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Mix sour cream and caramel topping and pour over warm cake.

    Top with nuts.
