- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pt. ice cream (vanilla), softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. caramel ice cream topping
- nuts
Directions

1Melt butter in 3-quart pan.

2Remove from heat.

3Add ice cream, then eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and graham cracker crumbs.

4Mix until smooth.

5Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Mix sour cream and caramel topping and pour over warm cake.

7Top with nuts.

8Cut into squares.
