Praline Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch, sifted
  • 2 oz. praline liqueur
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 4 oz. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell

    In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream.

    (Pie may have appearance of being undercooked and not firm.)

    Cool at least 1 hour before cutting.

    Never refrigerate. Garnish with chocolate chips or pecans.
