  • 2 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

    Whisk in the cream until it's well blended

    Stir in the lemon juice, cook for 45 minutes over simmering water.
