- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

1Heat oven to 350°.

3ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.

5Sprinkle over yams.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Stir carefully halfway through and avoid mashing yams as they will be soft.
