  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter.

    Cook, stirring constantly, to 236° or to soft ball stage.

    Add pecans and vanilla.

    Let cool to lukewarm.

    Beat until creamy, but still soft.
  6. 6
    Drop in mounds on wax paper.
