  • 28 nice size prawns
  • 8 oz. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. diced yellow onion
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. brandy
  • 4 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • pinch of white pepper and salt

Directions

    Saute green onion, yellow onion, parsley and prawns in the butter.

    Flame with brandy and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for one minute.
  3. 3
    Serve as a first course of entree.
