Ingredients: 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream; 3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers; 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate; 2/3 c. oleo; 2 c. confectioners sugar; 2 eggs, separated; 1 c. pecans, chopped; 1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. oleo
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Put crushed wafers in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate in 2/3 cup oleo. Stir in yogurt and 2 beaten egg yolks. Add nuts and vanilla. Fold in egg whites that have been stiffly beaten. Pour over crumbs and chill until firm. Top with 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream that has been softened. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup nuts. Drizzle with Chocolate Fudge Sauce (follows). Cover and freeze. Cut into squares and serve.
