- 1 c. peanut butter chips
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers (about 36)
- 1/2 c. pecan meal or very fine pecans
Directions

1Place peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, butter and chocolate in a medium pan and cook over very low heat until melted. Stir frequently.

2Remove from heat; add vanilla.

3Stir in cracker crumbs gradually to make a stiff dough.

4Roll into large marble-sized balls.

5Spread pecan meal on waxed paper; roll each bonbon in meal to coat.

6Let stand on waxed paper 30 minutes to set.

7Store in airtight container at room temperature or in freezer.

8Makes about 50.
