- 2 3/8 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons dry active yeast
- warm water 22 cl.
- salt
- garlic
- fresh mint
- confit
Directions

1In the food processor bowl, add the flour, yeast, water, and salt

2With the hook attachment, knead the dough for a few minutes.

3Remove the dough from the food processor, place in a bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

4Shape the dough into a long and flat baguette.

5Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6Cover the bread and let rise for 30 minutes.

7Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

8Cover the bread with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

9The aluminum foil helps the bread to not brown too much and remain soft.

10Let cool.

11Cut in half lengthwise.

12Spread the inside of the bread with the Minthail confit.

13Bake for another 10 minutes.
