  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a small saute pan.

    Simmer over medium heat until the lemons are soft, about 15 minutes.

    Cool the lemons in the liquid overnight and then drain, discarding the liquid.
