- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups water
Directions

1Combine all of the ingredients in a small saute pan.

2Simmer over medium heat until the lemons are soft, about 15 minutes.

3Cool the lemons in the liquid overnight and then drain, discarding the liquid.
