- 46 oz Jar sterilized
- 3 large limes
- 4 medium limes
- 1 cup salt more if needed
- 2 1/2 cup lime juice
Directions

1Wash and dry the limes.

2Dont allow any water in this recipe.

3Slice the limes top to bottom into quarters, but not cut all the way through.

4Use you finger and thumb to squeeze top and bottom of lime, and pour salt into slit.

5Fill the jar with limes I was able to get 3 large 4 medium into jar.

6Add 2 tablespoons of salt and all the lime juice you can.

7make sure the limes are covered with the juice.

8Let sit with lid on undisturbed for 1 month.

9You can let it do this in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator.

10Will last 1 year.

11Refrigerate after opening
