- 3 chickens, boiled and deboned (save broth)
- pork roast, boiled and deboned
- salt and pepper to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
- envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Place chicken and pork roast in a large kettle.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Put gelatin in 1 cup cold water.

4Add to chicken mixture. Place in 3 glass loaf pans.

5You may have to press down the meat to drain off some of the juice.
