  • 3 chickens, boiled and deboned (save broth)
  • pork roast, boiled and deboned
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. cold water

Directions

    Place chicken and pork roast in a large kettle.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Put gelatin in 1 cup cold water.

    Add to chicken mixture. Place in 3 glass loaf pans.

    You may have to press down the meat to drain off some of the juice.
