- 1 medium chicken (about 5 lb.)
- 1 qt. hot broth
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken until very tender.

2Remove bones and cut meat very fine.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4To hot broth add crackers and butter.

5Add chicken and mix well.

6Add a bit more broth if needed.

7Put in a loaf pan; press with weight and let cool.

8Slice and serve.
