Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat, trimmed and cubed
- 4 or 5 new potatoes, cubed
- 3 or 4 carrots, sliced crossways (thin)
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans and liquid
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes and liquid
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Brown meat, seasonings and onion in about 1 or 2 tablespoons Crisco.

2Add 1/2 cup water.

3Add in this order (do not stir): potatoes, carrots, green beans with liquid and tomatoes with the liquid.

4Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 18 minutes.

5Run water over cooker to lower pressure.

6Stir and serve at once.
