  • 1 large can sliced pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Drain syrup from pineapple.

    Leave the pineapple in the can, but make sure all the juices are out.

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  4. 4
    Pour it into the can.
  5. 5
    Chill at least 3 hours.

    To unmold, dip can into hot water.

    I run hot water over the bottom of the can a few times until I feel it loosen.

    Cut out the bottom, but please put a saucer or your hand over the top while opening the bottom, then slide or push out the molded fruit.

    Turn it on its side and slice.

    You'll have as many servings as you have slices of pineapple.
