  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 16 ounces, weight Sliced Frozen Strawberries, Thawed
  • 16 ounces, weight Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Pretzels, Crushed
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese and half of the sugar. Add thawed frozen strawberries. If you get the kind that are in the sugary liquid, make sure you drain them first. Fold in Cool Whip. Refigerate. Mix pretzels, melted butter, and remaining sugar. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir when out of the oven. Add pretzel mixture to the Cool Whip mixture just before serving.
