- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1/8 tsp. prepared horseradish,
- to taste
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard,
- to taste
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce,
- to taste
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 48 thin pretzel sticks
Directions

1In small bowl combine cheese, ham, mustard, horseradish and hot pepper sauce.

2Mix well.

3Place mixture in refrigerator for approximately a half-hour if necessary so mixture will not be too soft to make into balls.

4Remove from refrigerator and shape the cheese mixture into 48 three-quarter-inch balls.

5Roll the cheese balls into the chopped nuts.

6Cover and place cheese balls back in the refrigerator for several hours, until serving time.

7To serve, place cheese balls on a plate and insert one pretzel stick into each cheese ball.
