- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 or 2 (10 oz.) packs frozen strawberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. cool whip
Directions

1Mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter and 1 cup sugar.

2Press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake 8 minutes in a 400° preheated oven.

3Cool. Blend the softened cream cheese and 1 tablespoon sugar until smooth and fold in the cool whip.

4Spread on top of the cooled crust.

5Dissolve the strawberry jello in the boiling water.

6Add the frozen strawberries

7and stir until thawed.

8Chill until mixture begins to thicken.

9Spoon over the cream cheese mixture.

10Refrigerate overnight.
