- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, warm water, sugar and salt.

2Sift flour.

3Knead dough until soft.

4Cut off lumps of dough (same size) and make into shapes.

5Place on cookie sheet.

6Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.

7Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
