  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 8 small white onions
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 12 whole peppercorns
  • 2 cans consomme
