Prime Rib Roast

Directions

   Put ice cream salt on bottom of roaster.

   Cover salt with water.

   Put the roast, seasoned with salt and pepper and rubbed with Worcestershire sauce all over, in on top of salt.

   Cover with ice cream salt until roast disappears.

   Sprinkle with water.

   Set oven at 500°.

   Roast for 15 minutes per pound.
