- 2 c. brown rice
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. sesame milk
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh parsley
Directions

1Put in blender sesame seed, milk, onion and parsley.

2Blend slightly.

3Pour into bowl and mix remaining ingredients well. Place in shallow casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
