Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2 c. brown rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. sesame milk
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh parsley

    Put in blender sesame seed, milk, onion and parsley.

    Blend slightly.

    Pour into bowl and mix remaining ingredients well. Place in shallow casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
