  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor

    Cut apples and combine with chopped nuts.

    Cream oil, eggs and sugar until light.

    Add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla and lemon flavor.

    Add apples and nuts to this with mixing spoon.

    Bake in tube pan at 350° for about 1 hour.
