  • 110 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 grams Butter (dissolve)
  • 30 grams Vegetable oil
  • 70 grams Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract
  • 55 ml/55 grams Milk
  • 1 Chocolate chips for filling

    Preheat the oven to 170C.

    Mix the dissolved butter and oil.

    Add the sugar and salt and mix.

    Then add the beaten egg and mix well.

    Add the vanilla extract and half of the milk and mix.

    Sift the ingredients together and add half of it to the bowl, then the rest of the milk, and then the rest of the ingredients.
