- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup ground quinoa
- 1/3 cup fine ground soybeans
- 1/3 cup fine ground flax seeds
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Blend the carrots with 1 cup milk until liquidfied.

2Add all liquids to bread pan.

3Add all dry ingredients except yeast.

4Makes small well in the top of the dry ingredients for yeast.
