- 3 acorn squash
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (18 oz.) can pie sliced apples
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Halve squash lengthwise; remove seeds. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the butter and sprinkle with salt. Place, cut side down, in a large baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
