- 14 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 13 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 drop liquid Splenda or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 116 teaspoon salt
- fresh fruit, your choice (banana, pineapple, blueberries, etc)
Directions

1Blend in a food processor.

2Pour half of mixture into a hot frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.

3Cook on 1 side until brown then flip.

4Serve with sugar-free syrup.
