Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 14 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 13 cup quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 drop liquid Splenda or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 116 teaspoon salt
  • fresh fruit, your choice (banana, pineapple, blueberries, etc)

Directions

    Blend in a food processor.

    Pour half of mixture into a hot frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cook on 1 side until brown then flip.

    Serve with sugar-free syrup.
