- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup corn flakes, plain
- 3/4 cup powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, toasted
Directions

1Combine all but coconut. Work with your hands to combine well.

2Scoop out spoonfuls and roll into golf ball sized balls.

3Roll in coconut to coat.

4Refrigerate at least one hour.

5Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week.
