  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 13 cup tapenade (purchased)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 12 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • fresh oregano sprig

Directions

    Thaw puff pastry.

    Cut into small squares and place each square into a muffin cup.

    Place 1/2 tsp tapenade on each square.

    Top with 2 pieces of cherry tomato and feta cheese.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mintuers.

    Garnish with fresh herbs.
