Prudence'S Rhubarb Jam

  • 5 cups rhubarb, diced small
  • 3 cups sugar

Directions

    Mix in a pan that one can cook jam in, let stand all night in refrigerator.

    In the morning place on low flame & stir well.

    When it starts to boil, boil for 15 minutes.

    Remove from fire and add 1 box (3 oz.) strawberry or raspberry jello.
  5. 5
    Stir well and put in jars or glasses.
  6. 6
    Cover with wax.
