- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. dry milk powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. honey
- 6 oz. prunes, cut up (pitted)
- 1 pkg. Equal
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 3 oz. oatmeal (quick cooking)
- 3 oz. Cluster cereal
Directions

1Pour boiling water over chopped prunes and let cool.

2When cool, stir soda into prunes and stir.

3Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pan that has been sprayed.

4I prefer square pan.

5Bake at 350° about 25 to 30 minutes.

6Cut into 8 pieces.

7Each bar counts as 1 bread, 1 fruit and 1/2 milk.
