Peanut butter apple shake

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup any flavor yogurt i use low fat vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • dash ground cinnamon

Directions

    Remove core and seeds from apples and cut them in pieces

    Put all ingredients in either a blender or Nutrabullet.

    When everything is all mixed and groundup enjoy.

    You can add more milk if you want your shake thinner.

    If you want to go more low calorie use low fat yogart and skim milk.
