- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup any flavor yogurt i use low fat vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash ground cinnamon
Directions

1Remove core and seeds from apples and cut them in pieces

2Put all ingredients in either a blender or Nutrabullet.

3When everything is all mixed and groundup enjoy.

4You can add more milk if you want your shake thinner.

5If you want to go more low calorie use low fat yogart and skim milk.
