- 12 oz. pitted prunes
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 rounded Tbsp. tapioca
Directions

1Put prunes, raisins and water in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Keep just at boiling point and mash with a potato masher. Add sugar. Stir with masher. Add tapioca, one tablespoonful at a time.

2Keep cooking and stirring for 2 or 3 minutes.

3Pudding will thicken as it cools.

4Serve with cream or half and half.
