Prune Pudding

  • 2 c. prunes
  • 1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
  • 1/4 c. chopped almonds or walnuts

Directions

    Cook prunes in 2 1/2 cups water until soft.

    Remove stones. Make 1 package of gelatin according to directions.

    Add prunes and 1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts.

    Let set and serve with whipped cream.

    Serves six.
