  • 3 1/4 pounds corned beef
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package knorr leek recipe mix
  • 6 whole whole cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 4 potatoes medium, cut into chunks
  • 3 cups carrots sliced

Directions

    Add corned beef, water, Knorr(R) Leek recipe mix, cloves and bay leaves to 6-quart Dutch oven. Simmer covered until corned beef is almost tender, about 2-1/2 hours. Stir in vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
