- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 package knorr leek recipe mix
- 6 whole whole cloves
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 head cabbage
- 4 potatoes medium, cut into chunks
- 3 cups carrots sliced
Directions

1Add corned beef, water, Knorr(R) Leek recipe mix, cloves and bay leaves to 6-quart Dutch oven. Simmer covered until corned beef is almost tender, about 2-1/2 hours. Stir in vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
