- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 2 c. coconut
Directions

1Bake cake mix according to directions.

2Make pudding mix according to directions, adding softened cream cheese to the pudding.

3When the cake is baked, punch it full of holes with a fork and pour the can of pineapple over it.

4Spread the pudding and cream cheese mixture over the pineapple.

5Add coconut to the Cool Whip and spread over the pudding mixture.

6Cool for 24 hours.
