  • 1 (3 1/2 or 4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (chocolate is good)
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball.

    Shape by teaspoonfuls into balls.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Dip fork tines into some sugar and flatten balls slightly.

    Bake for about 8 minutes.

    Makes about 2 1/2 or 3 dozen.
