Pudding cookies

Name: Pudding cookies
Ingredients: 1 cup softened butter; 1 cup sugar; 1 box instant pudding mix (butterscotch is awesome); 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 2 cup flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 cup or more chocolate, butterscotch or other chips (optional)

1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 box instant pudding mix (butterscotch is awesome)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup or more chocolate, butterscotch or other chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Beat with mixer, butter and sugar until creamy

Add dry pudding mix

Add eggs and vanilla and mix with mixer

In separate bowl mix flour, salt and baking sofa

Slowly add dry ingredients you wet until just combined

Add the chocolate or butterscotch chips if you so choose

Drop rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 mins or just until the edges are golden

Let cool and eat till you can't for through the door
