  • 2 c. ground nuts
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pudding, any flavor
  • 3 c. milk
  • Chopped nuts and chocolate pieces for garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour, ground nuts and margarine. Mix well and press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool.
