  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding (you may use chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, etc.)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together the flour, butter and pecans, then press into the bottom of an 8 x 10-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes.

    Cool completely.
