  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 3 1/2 cups cool whip thawed
  • candy decorations, optional
  • 4 instant pudding serving size pkg.
  • 24 cupcakes plain

Directions

    Pour milk and pudding in bowl.

    Beat with wire whisk until well blended (about 2 minutes).

    Stir in Cool Whip very gently with rubber spatula until all mixture is all one color.

    Put about 1 spoonful of frosting on top of each cupcake.

    Spread with back of spoon.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with candies.

    Put cupcake in refrigerator until served.

    Store leftovers in refrigerator.
