  • 1 pt. strawberries, cleaned, stemmed and halved
  • 1 (16 oz.) pineapple chunks (reserve the juice)
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and cut in slices or chunks
  • 1 apple, cut in chunks
  • 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Prepare fruit and combine in large bowl.

    In separate bowl, whisk dry pudding mix with 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice or orange juice.

    Add this sauce to fruit and gently toss to coat. It may seem a little thick but will thin while standing.

    Serve or refrigerate until chilled.
