  • 3 to 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
