- 1 puff pastry
- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 1 3/4 ounces pudding mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup port wine

1Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

2Spread the dough in a pie pan and poke the bottom with a fork.

3Mix 1/4 liter milk to dissolve the pudding.

4Add the remaining milk, sugar, and Port wine. Bring to a boil.

5Boil for about 3 to 4 minutes.

6Pour the cream in the pan on top of the dough, and bake for about 40 minutes.
