Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. ground walnuts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • Cool Whip (large container)
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, walnuts and oleo until crumbly; press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until light brown. Cool crust.

    Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1/2 container of Cool Whip, and spread on cooled crust.

    Mix 2 packages of instant pudding with 3 cups of milk.

    Pour on top of cream cheese spread.

    Top with remaining 1/2 container of Cool Whip.
  6. 6
    Refrigerate and cut into squares when serving.
