- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 400F.

2Place margarine in a 10-inch Pyrex pan.

3Place pan in oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until margarine or butter melts.

4In a bowl beat eggs, flour, and salt to a pancake batter.

5Pour into the pan on top of the melted butter or margarine.

6Bake about 20 minutes or until puffed and browned.

7Serve with your favorite pancake topping, my favorite is a little butter topped with a little sugar, then lightly drizzly lemon juice over the sugar layer to form a glaze.
