  • 1 (8 oz.) bag puffed popcorn
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter (not margarine)
  • 1/2 c. light syrup
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Pour popcorn in roaster. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and syrup. Stir for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and stir. Pour over popcorn and bake at 250° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
