- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 dates
- 1 green chili pepper
- 4 teaspoons cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Roughly chop the dates and green chili, as needed to grind in your blender.
