- 8 to 10 minutes potatoes (salt when cooking)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Cook and drain potatoes and mash.

2(Do not add milk.) Beat cream cheese and sour cream and add to potatoes with seasonings. Put in 2-quart casserole dish and dot with butter.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Refrigerate a day or longer before baking.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
